I’m a graphic designer, hand letterer, creative + conceptual problem-solver and illustration-dabbler but more importantly I’m a Leo.
I take pride in creating thoughtful, unique and funky work, drawing from the big idea and coming up with solutions to not only bring an idea to life, but to engage with an audience in a meaningful and clever way.
I bring a unique perspective and eye for design that can be strategically executed throughout every medium from print to web in ways that continually push the edge of where communications tools reach today. I am currently a graphic designer at Well Design Studio, working with a wide range of clients designing for brand development, web, UI, print/editorial, social media, campaign presentations and more. Being a designer in an agency environment uniquely allows me to take on multiple projects, respond to critique, and work quickly and efficiently – including high-pressure situations.
With a strong passion in typography and calligraphy, I find many ways to incorporate my hand-lettering and illustration in personal work, side projects, as well as peppering it into my current role at an agency. I am in the process of learning how to create and develop fonts of my own, with the goal of selling them and other hand-lettered creations. I do freelance work in my spare time, which is mostly creating lettered materials for events and local businesses.
Above all, art and design has been an absolute passion of mine ever since I started coloring all over my mother’s walls when I was a child. I am extremely driven, hard-working and am always up for a new challenge – except for running, I don’t like running.
